Derek and I decided to post a YouTube video yesterday! We’ve been contemplating over back and forth for weeks already but we finally managed to put it into action. It didn’t take that long and before we embarrass ourselves any further, I just want to say how this is not meant to be professional at all and it’s just really for fun- hopefully we bring some smiles and laughter to whoever who views them though :) that would be rather fulfilling.

You know I didn’t even have tuition this morning, I just went there at about 10:30 in the morning and.. waited for my teacher who did not come. She was busy out running errands for Raya I suppose? So me, Abu, Yvonne Teo and Shinyen were just chillaxing (H) with her son, Aiman! Who cried so much when we locked the room door and he couldn’t come into the study lololol. After that I brought Abu out for a while and it was fun! Went to really random places like Seri, Jolibee, Face Shop and yeah.

After that I went to Rimba and hanged out with Derek from 3pm+ onwards. Popped by Zulle’s place but he was sleeping and his phone wasn’t with him. Gosh, right, you must be thinking- how in the world did I survive with Derek the Maniac for so long? Well I did, and I’m alive :D However we did literally start punching each other infront of complete strangers though. He loves me, you see.. :)

We both started taking pictures of each other taking pictures of each other (did you get that) and trying to be artsy fartsy and all (it didn’t work for him - only me I suppose) when Vuina suddenly exclaimed how left out she felt. We immediately turned - without hesitation man - and started taking pictures of her nonstop which caused very bad photos of her ducking, covering her face, giving the -_-” look etc. Being the nice jiejie I am, I’m not posting those pictures but the nicer ones instead :D

After that we headed off to Charmy Snow Ice where we had dessert? I had something with lots of mangoes and it was nice! While the both of them had theirs coffee-flavored. The whole place is lit up with blue lighting; you can actually see that from outside.

We were driving towards Bandar from Jerudong when Bernard suddenly STOPPED at a bus stop to take pictures of fireworks! The bus stop however reminded me of Singapore though :) and yes, that was what I wore to Savy's :(( It was a spontaneous decision, okay!

This is my dish! Lamb with Bernaise sauce (recommended by Weeter) which was simply lovely, really :) I had a tough time trying to cut up the lamb though, but Bernard helped me and he's really good at cutting up lamb! You'll be sure to invite him whenever you have fine dining such as this ;D Sheraton Buffet anyone?

I’m not sure why I don’t have a picture of Yvonne’s meal. She ordered the dish that said it had grapes thinking that the “Grapes” would be something exotic and unknown, then only finding out it was the actual fruit that was placed in her dish and I think was also cooked as it was a little warm. HAHA we imagined it would’ve been pronounced in her head as “gra-pehs” or something.

I think Savy’s is a really nice place to dine in with close friends, as the atmosphere and everything is really nice.. However, the toilets aren’t though :p But nevertheless the service was good (hence the 5% service charge) and the free flow of bread is just TO DIE FOR! Fresh bread from the oven that just disappeared in the matter of minutes among the four of us. How embarrassing! Haha but I would recommened it to anyone especially if it’s a special occassion, because for a few days after going to this restaurant, everytime I looked at my wallet I think about Savy’s…

I’m so excited right now because I found something online which I’ve been looking for a long time. It started when Larrie started sending these really nonsense-looking emoticons (I don’t even know what animal you could describe it has but it’s more like a rabbit without a nose/mouth) and I remember laughing so hard whenever he showed them on our MSN chats. Then I sent them over to my brother because I thought some of them were EXACTLY like him. Okay enough of my ranting because you guys obviously have no idea what the heck I’m talking about HAHAHA.

I have a love/hate relationship with these stupid things because they’re so ANNOYING BUT CUTE. I named some of them after my friends (DEREK) ’cause it was just so……. matching. HAHAHAHAHA!!! I found a whole WEBSITE dedicated to these things (they’re called Tuzki and apparently originated from Beijing?) initally from Facebook, which directed me to another website here where there’s a heckload of other stupidlooking MSN emoticons. LOL it’s so annoying but I can’t resist either.

I know many people like that ;) Incredibly annoying I tell you but it’s one of things you hate to love and love to hate. Wha? Haha!

I just checked both RBA and SIA flights to Singapore this November and it’s so expensiveee :( my mum managed to get a really good price to KL in October (spending her birthday there! so nice) for only BND300+ while the flights to Singapore are over BND400. Crazy yaw, fuel charges are going up, up (and away). Probably will keep checking until a more decent price is available.

I have been online for the past three hours (this is very bad) watching YouTube videos! Oh my goodness. I just want to say that I really adore Cathy Nguyen’s and Gabe Bondoc’s voice. I never knew Gabe Bondoc was Filipino until Yvonne told me last night; I heard his song “Suitcases and Travelbags” a while back and I had no idea who he was or that he was famous from myspace/youtube. I’ve been downloading their songs quite a fair bit even though connection is really slow, while coherently converting them into iPod video and mp3 formats to listen to them easily :) I love technology and the great minds behind YouTube Downloader and FLV Player! I will be forever thankful.

Oh how I love the Youtube Downloader! I have been downloading so many youchoob vids and converting them into mp3 formats and having so much fun listening to songs I can’t find on LimeWire. HRHRHR I’m so delirious right now. Oh and I got my internet back but my router is down so I can’t use the internet in my room. Gotta practice Accounting past year questions now.

Coffeebean! I’m in Coffebean again and I think what Bernard said is going to come to past, I’m gonna win the ‘best customer award’ for the month HAHA but internet at home is still down lor, so I can’t do much. Sobs.

I’m with Caesar now while he’s doing the Maktab Sains Pure Maths Paper 3 2008, and I’m using the internet downloading youtube videos and all that :D Today is the last day of school! Well something like that la, I’m on holiday for almost 3 weeks… but it’s kinda like our study period anyway :/ I came to Gadong to hang out with him after his violin exam, and to satisfy my craving for fillet-o-fish ;) was thinking about it last night so yeah. There’s someone here who’s eating chicken from JALIBEE! hahahaha and so this place smells really strong of fried food… Reminds me of airplane food, so strong lerrr.

I wanna post pictures but I dont have my camera with me :( Von has been holding on to it since I left it with her about 2 weeks ago, and shes still using it now. I went to Savy’s last weekend with her, Bernard and Shaun and I enjoyed myself so much! We laughed like no tomorrow about such randommmmm stuffszzzz I literally felt like throwing up after the meal! But the food there was good and well, you can’t complain about the price much since other restaurants overseas have alot more expensive dishes.. Like steak in Singapore would easily cost over $50 at any fine dining restaurant. Unlike Savy’s, ’cause I think the most expensive dish was about BND32-35 bucks only. The most embarrassing part, though, must be our ATTIRE! Their style and ambience was terrif, but our clothes LAWLZZ we were unprepared to go there lerrr it was spontaneous so there we went, in our shorts/jeans/tops…

meh meh meh. Imma get a lot of revision done this coming 3 weeks, ’cause I’m so excited for Singapore this November!! I may be staying with Michael woohoo it’s gonna be so much fun :D I’m thinking of going earlier before the conference, and staying a few days longer hehehe. Just because. And I hope to have time to check out some of the institutions and unis there and get used to the travel system and such.
