I think I had the most relaxing week ever. Temple restoration at its peak. I went to the salon twice, had the best neck and back massage since Bangkok, dipped my tips and toes in pastel pink and purple respectively and had very relaxing hair washes. On top of that went for open houses, got $$, ate random catered food, and it’s all ending tomorrow! Wuwuwawawa not to fret though because I still have one more open house to end it with. Om nom nom… :)

I love Chinese New Year because it’s an excuse to talk to people when you go to their open houses. You know, people that you kinda know, but don’t actually know at all. With Brunei being such a small country where everyone knows everybody else and is somehow related, it’s quite relevant I suppose. I’m really thankful I did NOT get sick this year- I had the worst of high fevers last year after drinking a bowl of Fuchow-stewed mee sua, heavily dunked with red wine! Oh my. Salivating as I speak.

Now with all the festivities coming to a close, it’s time to exercise and get rid of all the festive dishes that found their way into my tummy. Quite sian of all the Chinese/Asian cuisine; mad overload!

Tis quite a pointless post. Heh. Shall end  now. Have a great weekend everybody!
